[Question] How to open .rar files, for Model Edits? menu

    [Question] How to open .rar files, for Model Edits?

    I can't seem to find a way to open .rar files, I used to be able to and now I can't. The only programs it offers me to use is Mozilla Firefox and Notepad/Wordpad. Can anyone please recommend a program that will work for it? Model edits are .rar files, and I can't seem to work with them.
