Noggit probs.

Hello i got a problem whit my noggit im using Noggit_1.3
the problem now is when i try to start the program it just says. The procedure entry point setvbuf could not be located in the dynamic link libary MSVCR71.dll. i have downloaded the file and i got in the system map both system and system32. i had the same problem whit MSVCP71.dll but i did the same ting in to the system files. and i dont get any errors from that. so please help me whit this.

got the newest drivers
got wow 2.x.x
got frames
runing on vista

I had that too, Just google download MSVCP71.dll and put it in like your windows map or something (not sure but theres probably a readme file when you DL it), Just download it and it'll work fine
