Tauren Male ----> NE female

I would really like a Tauren Male to NE female skin, and, if possible, Tauren Female to NE male.

Even better would be all these skins vise virsa (both ways) so NEs would become tauren, and tauren NEs (but swaped sexes).

I made a valient effort at this (staying up till 5 am reading various guides, ect.) but have run into troubles. I am just not computer savy enough to do this. Please, I would really like anyone to link at least the Tauren Male to NE female skin especially.
