Request: Flying + Ground mount simple model swap

Hello everyone.
Just recently started digging into the model swapping. I'm playing on the original servers, but I think I could take the risk as I just want to replace an existing model with another existing one, not to "exploit" the game.

My humble requests would be:

-a patch file to change any flying mount (or the red proto-drake if I have to choose one) into either Frost Wyrm or/and Phoenix Mount.

-a patch file to change any epic ground mount (or the horde epic paladin horse) into a spectral tiger

I need only the visual aspect of it, as I don't play WoW with sound anyway. If the info would help for making the file - playing a blood elf male paladin.
Would be just awesome if someone could help with that, cause I'm still really bad at model swapping and that's basically all I need it for (I won't bother changing anything else). Big thanks to anyone who can help with that (especially if it can be done by just making some patch-x.mpq files with simple extraction, not using some sort of program to implement them).
