Fixing Human female to Blood elf female

The ears take on the hair texture and I can't figure out how to fix it does anyone know how or know of a guide I could look at to help me?

The process required to do this fix is very long to complete : I did this in about one or two hours.

If you really need to know how to do, I will explain it to you, but for now I don't have the time.
I search the forum if there is a guide, but I haven't find.

Anyway, this is the file to fix the BE ears and the color of the hair. patch-4

You'll need to rename the file patch-x.MPQ (with x between 3 and 9) and to run WoWME in order to sucess.
