[Request] A few ModelEditing patches

Hello, I've been looking around all over to find a working Model Change patch with no success, I've even tried to make one myself using a guide but it ended up with that result Picture. So I'm asking for these model changes if anyone has available for 3.0.9 I'd be thankfull

Anyway I want these:
Draenei Male -> Orc Male (Even though if you have any Draenei male to any other race, it'd be awesome too )
Draenei Female -> Undead(Scourge) Female
