Change C to whatever drive you have WoW installed on.
well plainly what is the directory titled? added that to run and it jsut brings me to the folder...i have no clue at all about this
Okay.
You dont go to run.
Click My computer, C, Program Files, World of Warcraft, Data.
In this folder is where you should put all the patch-x files.
Make sure they are numbered 1-10 or whatever.
Next, download this: http://www.mmowned.com/forums/model-...-edit-fix.html
Extract it, and put the .exe file in the World of Warcraft folder.
My computer>C Drive>Program Files>World of Warcraft
Right click the .exe (Once it is in the WoW folder), and click send>To desktop(shortcut).
Now every time you open WoW, you have to use the shortcut on the desktop.
Doing this will open a small, black DOS screen which you can close after logging in.
No. Don't close it. Will crash the game.Originally Posted by southsidehomie

ok, dont see anything titled "program files"..
Not to challenge you, but im playing now, as a gnome, on horde side, without the screen open.Originally Posted by A_Snake01
You can close it, or atleast, I Can. As long as your in-game and no longer on the loading screen.
i have my computer opened up, see nothing with that title...
Right click anywhere in your C:\ folder and click Properties, uncheck Hide Folders (or check Show Hidden, might be different for you.)
And perhaps I should have been more clear. You may close it once the model you desire is loaded. But if you do close it, then the next time it attempts to load a change, the model, whatever, it will crash.

My computer > CDRIVE > Program files.
ok..how do you extract shit, just copy the files into the folder?
