[Help!] UD Female > Lady Alexstrasa - (Will pay)

Is what I am looking for, but a conversion of UD FM > Lady Alexstrasa.
I have tried creating my own using that format, and the link of my version can be found below.

I am currently using CSVed and it is working well, however I need to convert it to dbc,
I have been using DBCutil and CSV2DBC, both do not work, DBCutil converts but the file is corrupt and only 1 KB. CSV2DBC has error "This application has failed to start because cygwin1.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

If dbc edit part was your problem.
I used DBC Editor v0.1.0.0 Beta Made by adl.

Instead of converting the DBC to CSV, and then back again, use Taliis. Also, don't offer to pay for help or a model-edit -.-

I don't get what the file is, and I can't open it with WCStudio but, DBC Editor gives me error "The given key was not found in the dictionary" or, "String was not found something DB.Null"

Sorry, but I can't get any help, so I figured money would help >.> and Taliis is confusing to me, I don't understand how to edit using the notepad that they say.
