Human male ---> Belf male (without human facial hair)

Hey is it possible to get a belf (male) instead of a human? i allready have seen some converts but my problem is that my lvl 70 human has facial hair..and that is also seen on the belf.
it worked good if i created a new one wihtout facial hair.

hope that is possible to get a belf without facial hair of humans, will be great

If someone does decide to help him with this, would it be possible to turn the ears off be default or would that be incredibly difficult?
