3.08 Spell Swap

I'm trying to swap spell id's 62124>49576 but I can't seem to do it. I'm using the spell.DBC from patch-enUS-2.MPQ. It's the only spell.DBC I could find with spell id 62124 but i've never done DBC spell swaps, just race and creature changes. Any help would be appreciated. I tried just swaping all fields but no luck on the swap.
