Moonkin To Noggen (File needs a fix! / Remake)

This doesn't seem to work since the last patch Ive tried following some guides to fix it myself / make my own but no luck at all. Would anyone know how i can fix this? Whenever i shift to moonkin i have no model and cannot move/turn at all (wow does not freeze).

If anyone could make this again i would be greatly appreciated

Noggen Skeleton (Naked White Skeleton) is the model i was trying to get working when i shift to moonkin form

been at it all day with mywarcraft studio and no visible changes whatsoever, anyone have any tips at the very least?
