wow, umm. thats a good question, i don't think i'v ever heard someone ask this before. Youd have to edit the npc model itself and i only know one guy with a script for that..

More than A_Snake can, lots of people can do it on EMUs. You need to edit the .m2 with a model editing program like 3ds max. The only issue is that it loses most of its movement abilities, and skeleton (modeling term), causing it to be more of a moving statue. In other words, live with dem tities
