Model edit with MWCS

So I'm very new to model editing and i want to get a file "HumanFemale-2.m2" that i dowloaded working.

It came with these instructions:
"-Remove each -# in the name of the model you want to use ( HumanFemale-2.m2 -> HumanFemale.m2 )
-Create a new Patch-Z.mpq with MWCS .10, (Z or any letter you are not using), in the World of Warcraft\Data directory
-Import the model/s you are using in the patch-Z.MPQ, keeping the path they must have ( Character\Human\Female\HumanFemale.m2 )
-Save the file and close MWCS
-Run ModelEditFix in World of Warcraft main folder
NOTE: MUST PACK IN MPQ YOURSELF."

I thought i should have it working because i just got Warcraftstudio to create a mpq file and i put the humanfemale.m2 in it, i also changed mpq to caps and put it in the data folder...i also started wow with the Wowme and press f8 at the start (is there i trick to that thats commonly overlooked?)

If anyone can help me troubleshoot id be really greatful
