    Total noob!

SO! im completely new to model editing so i though i'd start small

firstly i was getting tired of my cow's jerky movements and such.

so, i was wondering if someone could make a COMPLETE how to guide on downloading a model edit, installing it, and using it in game.

I want to make tauren males into BE males so i can have a BE drood, as well as have druid of azeroth's druid shape shift skins if at all possible

    pl0x help meh?

If you search around you might find a patch that's done a Tauren Male to Blood Elf Male already.

    Ok, I'll help you.

    STEP 1

First you need to download MEF (Model Edit Fix)

Without it, the model edits wont work.

I suggest downloading Kynox' MEF from the Bots and Programs section.

    ----------------------------

    STEP 2

Download the model edit you want, and rename it.

    Code:
    patch-a.MPQ
    for example.

Now go to your WoW directory and put the model edit in the data folder, then run the MEF and you're done.

Remember, you must name the model edit with capital MPQ, not mpq. And it must be patch-number or patch-letter like patch-a and patch-4 and you must not have any other with the same name in your data folder.

That's it. Have fun with your model edit.
