[Request] Druid Tree Form > Undead NoggenFogger Elixir

Hey there, im a bit of a noob and simply use glitchy's model editing suite to create race > race but i cant figure out how to change druid forms! Could anyone show me how or be amazing enough to supply the .mpq? (i assume thats how it still works, havent model-edited in ages!).

Also, could anyone link me to where i can find the latest wowme.exe or similar file (i am out of date as to the current model-editing method )
