Gear edits

Hey,

quite new with modelediting etc.

but i was wondering if it's possible to make the gear a have atm look like something else.

i was thinking.

Head: Netherwind Crown
Shoulder: Mantle of the Blackwing Cabal
Robe: Warlord's Silk Raiment
Main Hand Weapon: High Warlord's Spellblade
Offhand: High Warlord's Tome of Destruction.

If anyone could get this or probably explain to me how to get this, and then edit it into my WoW.
