Mechanostrider noise

Does anybody know where I can find the Mechanostrider idle loop sound file? The robo-chicken noise is driving me insane. My goal is to silence the thing but keep the metal steps sound.

I was able to replace the sound with a blank sound file, thanks so much!

If you hate the way your robot chicken sounds, make a blank file and call it MechaStriderLoop.wav

In your Wow Data folder make these folders

Sound
Creature
MechaStrider
Place the MechaStriderLoop.wav file in the MechaStrider folder. Viola no annoying noise.

The path looks like this

World of Warcraft -> Data -> Sound -> MechaStrider -> MechaStriderLoop.wav

Is it possible to, instead of using MPQ file containing this path (with out "World of Warraft\Data"), setting up the path directly in your WoW directory? oO

Do you use a specific model edit fix?
