[Question] Green Item and Model Viewer Error! WITH PICS!

I've been having some problems with model editing the past few days. I am just trying to do some simple color editing, and I get this:


SORRY FOR BIG PIC, Can't figure out how to not make it that way...

Then I go to look at the file and it should be:
Item\ObjectComponents\Shield\(Name in SS)

and looks like this. The item doesn't even appear.




Thirdly, I go to see if it is the same thing on Model Viewer, and whenever I try to open a .m2 model, it gives me this:



Any help? +Rep to person who helps :P

Copy the other .blps too. The shield has more colors than only blue.
Get a new one. Its outdated. Chuansing.
