WoWMap Editor Bug

Anyone know the solution to this?
i install the WoWMapEditor from the applications post made, but when i click on "WoWME" the app it says

"Run-Time error 339:
component comdlg32.oxc or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

Obviously it means you don't have comdlg32.ocx on your machine... Google it.
