Why is this happening?

Hello, I got a really really annoying problem.

When im using Glitchys program to make my own mpq's and trying to use them i ALWAYS get wow errors, doesn't matter what i modelchange and i got the latest versions of everything etc, and i didn't have this problem pre 3.0.3 and when my friend is making my mpq's its working except night elf male mpq's im always getting wow errors by them aswell. So i really need help with this problem cuz i want to be able to modelchange from nelf female -> nelf male.. so please help me with this problem +rep to the person who can help me

Are you using the newest version of WoWME? Are you pressing F8 at the login screen?
