Hey thank you for the reply but it seems like the patch-4 file causes critical errors when loading the character screen, patch-5 the reskin works fine its just the patch-4 that causes a critical error stating there was a error when opening trollmale.m2.

look trough the sticky threads and find the file called modelchange.exe and run that 1 instead, then it will work
