Stratholme abomination gate and slaughter house gate/door removal

Hi, I am looking to enter Stratholme's slaughter house section (baron) without having to kill the five bosses before it, is there anyone who would be so kind as to remove these gates and doors or tell me where I can locate the file to do it?

Also, to my knowledge the baron can only be engaged after the crystals have been destroyed.

Heh, damn I wouldn't mind having to kill the crystals.. but the last door before the slaughter house where you must clear all the abominations is a pain... takes 15 minutes to get to there, then 30 to kill all them abominations as a protection pala /sigh.
