[Request -or- Question] Moonkin

Hi Dudes .. i try to swap the Tauren Moonkin to a Skeleton ..i dont know what i've done wrong ..its my second try ..

My Moonlik looks like this atm:

This "Thing" casts like a undead but no more then .. (hhm bad english )

Can someone tell me what i have done wrong?
Or can someome make me a .mpq mit Moonkin (Tauren) to Skeleton (not the noggenfogger skeleton .. better a red oder blue oder brown or black .. :P)

Ah okay hm..now it looks like this:

But i've changed the name of "UndeadNakedSkinBlack.blp" into "DruidOwlbearTASkin1.blp" und TASkin2.blp ... is this wrong?
And the Size..its a little bit so big, how can i fix it?

/e Another Question:
I would like to change my 1hand weapon to a staff.. is it possible to Change 1h to 2h and the weapon will be an the back? (bad eng -.-)

moonkin has 2 skin files. make sure you change both of them.
