Looking for Tauren female > Nelf male (3.0.2 etc)

As the title says, wtb i'm not very 'pro' with mod editing knowledge so to speak, I have the 3.0.2 'WoWME' in my WoW folder and thats all, if there is any new or different way to have the model edits then i'd lub to know.

even a link to a program that allows you to create edits yourself that are used with 'WoWME' and put in the data folder etc would be uber help, cheers
