People have been able to make it show up above where gm island is situated. They just changed some map files. Not sure if its still doable tho. Use the search button to find what you'll need.

Can be done to GM island, though that's a beaten horse. Can't be done to programmers for the above reason.

If you did have it also, you'd need an actual third party hack to get it to be useful.

Ive seen people who turn instance portals into stuff liek Emerald Dream - is there a way to do that To programmer or designer isle?
