[Question] night elf tattoos and draenei horns

ok, I'm working on my first model edit. I'm trying to do night elf female to draenei female, but, as you can see, I'm having a spot of trouble. this is what I have so far



so basically, what I'm asking is how would you go about fixing the texture on the horns and how would you go about ridding yourself of the tattoos? been searching for quite some time to find it but with no luck
