race swapping

hello mmowned.
a few things:

- i'm new at model editing (obviously).
- i've tried using the search function to find an answer for these, but to no avail.

i'm currently using glitchy's MES, and it's a really nice program for noobs like me, props to glitchy for that. but i've got a few questions concerning race swapping, and i'm hoping someone can help.

1. is it possible to change only my character's model, and not those of other players of the same race?

2. is it possible to customize like ... hair/facial features?
- currently when i do race swapping from my UD female -> [insert any other race], i get the same hair texture and facial features as my UD on the non-UD race.

i apologize if these have been answered somewhere and i just haven't seen them.
