[Question][Request] Mage spell swapping

I'm not sure how it happened, but none of my spellswaps work
I use glitchy MES.
I am trying to swap:
Mana shield (rank 7) to Cosmetic: visual shell shield
and Arcane Blast (rank 1) to Sunwell Isle Mana Cell to portal beam ( http: //thottbot .com /s44871 ) without spaces <.<

Now when i open WoWME, it closes.
please help. If you don't want to give me an answer, at least help me to do the spell swaps and give me an MPQ.

Right, I found out what happened, I need to update my spellDBC for the MES.

However, no matter how I use the update function (Even used other people's DBC files!)
It does not work.

So I am requesting a spellDBC for 2.4.3, EnUS if that helps.
