Request - Male Orc -> High Elf Female.

I lurk here quite often. My friend plays a male orc ingame and is quite tired of playing with her current model edit.

I'm looking to see if anyone can help her out with the swap from Male Orc to the High Elf Female model. Any help with the swap is greatly appreciated, or an explanation on how to do it myself.
