Need Model editing help

Hey I'm sort of new at model editing and needed some help. I have GMES and Milkshape 3D but there seems to be a problem with Milkshape.

When I go to reinject the OBJ back into the Original M2 it tells me I have the wrong number of vertics. I tried importing the OBJ into Milkshape and then exporting it without changing anything but it still I get the error message when trying to reinject the OBJ back into the M2. If anyone uses Milkshape and has gotten it to work with GMES could you post telling me how? Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Also it seems that my main computer can't post anything. It keeps telling me something about an invalid security Token. Not sure what that means but It's kinda annoying.
