[Question] Weird Head Issiue

I'm trying to reskin this human character, change colors in face etc.
I've replaced Skin, FaceLower and FaceUpper.

I followed Gawdlaw's guide and it should be working.
This is what I'm getting:

So this is just a blp edit for the face? In that case I can think of two issues. Your blps are either in the wrong format or their dimensions differ from the originals'. By "wrong format" I mean you haven't converted the png/tga you edited to 256 (indexed) colors before converting them to blps.

I followed his guide and chose RGB Color, do I need to uncheck that before I save or what?

Yes. Before you save it, you need to set it back on indexed color. (Image -> Mode -> Indexed Color in Photoshop)

Then the colours get all ugly and shit. >.<

Yeah, well, I'm quite sure the only way to get your skin texture to work is to limit it to 256 colors. Not much I can do about that. :/ Can you show me an example of how it looked before and after you set it to indexed color?
