[Question] Problems with Common.mpq

Hey.

I'm trying to convert my Tauren male into a UD male,so i've downloaded everything i needed in order to proceed,and i've followed Evilpookie's guide..
I'm stuck at the Open Common.MPQ,each time i press it nothing happens,it just doesnt work as intend to.
Is there any possible fix to that?

I'm sorry if this question has already been answered,i looked all the threads regarding Common.mpq and didnt found anything.
