Gnome Male to Human Male

I have in fact been doing everything correctly although I am a nub. I have the Modelchange.exe that is supposedly compatible with the latest version of WoW. But my main problem is that the older Model change MPQ files don't work correctly. On the character selection screen, my nome just appears to be a black screen, and I begin to load in and get a Window's WoW error.

If I just need an updated Gnome - Human MPQ, could someone post me one please? If not, could you tell me if you think I may be doing something wrong?

bump! If I don't get a response, I suppose I'll check out a tutorial and see if I can do it myself. Seems simple enough.
