NeF > Draenei F texture problem

I did a NeF > DraeneiF change through Glitchy's MES. The hair color's texture was entirely off so I did a hairstyle change and hair color change. That's fine now. Unfortunately I tried to add horns and the horns now have texture problems. The night elf markings also remain on the face. I read something about changing .blp's but I'm not sure which or where the .blp's are located. Beryla in http://www.mmowned.com/forums/simple...-horn-fix.html said:

However, I can't find ScalpLowerHair in Patch-A.MPQ which does the race swap. Am I supposed to be looking somewhere else?
