why in the world when i try this model editing it turns only half the model like i got a dwarf with night elf arms and hair and the rest was pure dwarf wtf??????

Im guessing it's because u only do the model and not texture.

Every race has a specific base model for their male or females, and then every race has models and skins for different features.

The thing is that, lets say a dwarf has 10 different hair models, while a blood elf may have 15. So if you try to switch everything 1:1, depending on which way you go, you run into problems.

Are you doing this via DBC files or the old method with renaming models and copy/pasting skins?
