Timbermaw Hold has nothing to do with Steamwheedle Cartel. You get the same reputation as before for farming pirates behind Booty Bay, nothing increased/decreased (without Pilgrim's Spirit of Sharing buff). Anyhow, I haven't completely understood your question, can you please rephrase it?
