Model edit mistake, assistance needed.

Ok, so I tried my first model edit today. Draenei female -> Human male Not sure if there's something i missed but the head graphic went horribly wrong a screen is linked below. If anyone could point out what i've messed up (Might be me being a bit too ambitious changing races aswell as sex) I would be very grateful. http://surl.se/ahhh

would it be possible if you could elaborate upon that? Like I said it's my first edit and I wasn't aware you even needed to change skins. If you or someone else could I would be very grateful and if i can work out what this '+ rep' thing is I would give you some ;-)
