Complete model change

I'm looking for something that changes everything in the game or at least a few things to make WoW look completely different...I've grown tired of the orcs versus humans etc. and I was wondering if theres any mods that completely change WoW.

Not that I know of but you could do something like this yourself and make yourself known to the community. It wouldnt be hard with all the guides around, just time consuming.

Hmm, I have some experience with modeling and animations but this would be an extremely large process and I don't even know what I would want to change everything into..is there a way to get models and animations from places other than the game itself?

Not that i know of, i mean you can view them all with third party programs but in the end you need to extract what you want from the MPQS
