    Orc > Anything :x

    Well, I am race > race editting and it works all fine except the textures are all screwed round or something.

    I am using the lastest Giltchy's MES and MEFix. I turn an Orc into an UD Male and it comes out with blue bones and no jaw! :yuck: Wtf?! I used helm fix on Glitchys too.

    Also with Orc > Tauren the hair comes out white and the face sticks out the helm!

    Help, I can't stand Orcs!

    I've had the same problems (I tried to change Orcs to UD too!) and so I started my own custom race change MPQ with MWCS. I'll upload it when it's done.

    EDIT: The reason for the missing jaw is because the Jaw Texures alre listed as "Character\Scourge\FacialLowerHairXX_00.blp" where xx = 01-06. The Orcs however have the jaw texture as "Character\Orc\FacialLowerHairYY_ZZ.blp" where YY is 00-05 leaving 06 completely out of the mix, and ZZ is 00-07, (For colors) meaning any color but 00 means a missing texture file.

    Here is a make shift fix, so far the hair thing still causes the bones to change colors but at least there is a jaw. Also because the BLPs use black as a background sometimes the Undead have black spots on theyre jaws. Eh, it was a quicky, enjoy while I continue to work

    PATCH HERE


    NOTE: You must still use the GMES patch for Orcs > Undead but use this too (e.g. GMESPatch = "patch-3.MPQ", Fix = "patch-4.MPQ")

    EDIT: I told you whats up with the jaw but the bones idk. I think its because the model is reading the hair texture files for the bones (blue hair means blue bones) but idk of a logical fix yet.
