[QUESTION(s)] 2.4.3 Questions

I will admit that I did not search but my excuse is that this site take a redonkulous amount of time to load (1-2 mins, honestly!) and I was just getting bored.

1. Is model editing in 2.4.3 possible (on live servers) and if so, which program(s) should I use? (eh... I didn't search so you don't have to break your back just to tell/link me to the programs... I just want a yes or no really)

2. How do I skin Glow-y effects to objects e.g. Manathistle.m2 (In Expansion.MPQ) or Dreamingglory.m2 (Same MPQ.) Simple answer is fine ("model switch ya dumbarse" to me)

3. Where are the skins for the Peacebloom plant (not the flowers,) Briarthorn or Earthroot? (Method to finding them via .m2 is fine as well)

4. How do I change the skies? (Color etc. or simply interchange them so the Dustwallow Sky looks like the Mulgore sky... prettier)
