Well, with a little searching you could've easily found out the display id for the s4 mace. Even though it's not in the list you can swap to it by manyally typing 49993 to the display id box. Take a look at the image below, replace the 47742 with 49993 and click convert. Easy :P

If you can't get Parrworg's method to work, just upload your itemcache.wdb. I made a small update to Glitchy's MES. It added most of the items to the list including the S4 mace.
