iam a total noggit noob, well, i just want to ask , how to save my changes, what i made in noggit with the world

i've got a 1.12.1 mango server , but i dont know how to save my settings in noggit and copy them into the world

If i change the world with noggit, nothing happens, but....what should i make MPQ?
