[Request] NE Druid Bear Form to Worgen (Please!)

I'm looking for a working NE Druid Bear Form to become Worgen form. If possible, I'd like to have the Worgen holding the Warglaives of Azzinoth, but that's completely optional. Also, it could be every form becomes Worgen form, because all I'm looking for is Worgen at lower level for twinking.

So please, help me out, and I'll be extremely grateful.
