I just installed Visual C++ in hopes it would work, no-go. Also downloaded .NET framework 3.5 . Also no-go. I am running Windows XP SP2. Also, when i try to run it on my Vista, it just instantly stops responding.

The old NoggIt only works with the 1.12 patch.

Yeah i have all the 1.12 MPQ's in the right location...

woooooooooooooooooow, so this is the thing i did to fix problem..i cant believe its so simple and it worked, just popped in my head, noggit runs off the last wow it can remember and since noggit only works with 1.12 u must open that wow up and then ur set, u problem started normal live wow and thats y it isnt working, simply open 1.12 to login screen and exit, piece of cake!
