[Question] Self only gears swap?

Hello guys, I've been editing my armor and weapons since a little while, but I never asked nor tried to do some self only editing. I'm talking here to say, edit vengeful glad cowl to say High warlord cowl, but I would only see the swap on me, not on other players with the vengeful glad cowl.

If there is a way, I would appreciate a link to a guide, or an explanation.

I use Glitchy's MES to swap my gears n stuff.
