Troll to undead - no shoes visible

When I chance my troll male to undead male he doesn't have a chin (I know this is unfixable and I can live with that by changing for example the model of the headpiece to something that covers mouth, like lock t2) but also, since trolls don't display shoes, he is barefoot, this is really annoying me, is there any way to fix it? I assume Draeneis and tauren have the same problem since they too don't display the back of their shoes...?

Also, how do I change my hairstyle/hair colour? The hairstyle# which looks good on troll looks hideous on undead.
