Full Set of Gear => Paladin Tier 2

I would really appreciate it if someone could convert the following gear on a human male to full paladin tier 2(Judgement?) And my weapon to Corrupted Ashbringer.

Head- Frostreaver Crown
Shoulders- Sparkleshell Mantle
Chest- Avenger's Armor
Wrists- Pugilist Bracers
Hands- Grubbis Paws
Waist- Highlander's Lamellar Girdle
Legs- Phalanx Leggings of the Bear
Feet- Highlander's Lamellar Greaves

Weapon- Cobalt Crusher

I will take this challenge, might take a while though
