[Question] whats wrong with this patch?

hi im trying to turn my undead to a blood elf but for some reson i cant get the patch to work i put .MPQ at the end of the name and i have the latest MEF i press F8 at the login screen but nothing changes. My character remains a undead so can anyone tell me withs wrong with this patch: patch-3.MPQ.mpq - FileFront.com
or possably fix it for me?

You have patch-3.MPQ.mpq, it should be patch-3.MPQ

it is patch-3.MPQ but it still refuses to work

you have your windows settings so that you dont see the extensions. as you can see in the other files, they already have their .MPQ, except you dont see it. and on your file, you have a double MPQ. check your settings, and rename it as it should be.
