Undead female base model edits?

Here's the deal... I'm looking for a mod that will, indeed, increase the bust size of Undead Females a bit, so they don't look so saggy and deflated all of the time. I've searched and found nothing, am i missing something? .. Or perhaps a kind soul can tell me how to go about editing the base mesh to work properly Much appreciated

I don't think anyone have done any big model editing (like this one), never seen any changes of model structure before, just one or two (rare) new made models by some people but I doubth they are in this community. ;D - Editing .m2 files have never been my thing, maybe someone else can say something more in details than me. ;>
