[Question] What do I do with a .MPQ file?

Someone posted an MPQ to change Humans (both male and female) into Arthas. Which sounds like he did most of the work for me. But now I have an MPQ file, that I'm unsure what to do with. I've been messing around trying to get WoWME to work, bu no luck there, and I just got to wondering if I'm putting too much thought into this?

I used MyWarcraftStudio about 2 years ago to change the models and skins of armor pieces, but most of my memory of using it has disappeared. Right now, the "human.mpq" file is in the /Data folder. Anything I'm missing, or just work on getting WoWME working?

P.S. If WoWME is what I need, could someone post a link to the 2.4.2 fix?

Hmm, well I can run WoW using the WoWME client now, but it's not loading the model. Might there be a problem, trying to load the Arthas model in place of Human models, as he isn't in the game yet?
